Also gas. Grape Nuts give me the nastiest gas I’ve ever experienced. I like them on the way down with some raw sugar, but their aftermath is putrid.

I’m with you on Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

Frosted Flakes are okay, but if I’m doing cereal, I’d much prefer something like Honey Bunches of Oats or just about anything with freeze-dried strawberries.

Could be worse, could be white water (skim, which they have to put white coloring in to make it look marginally palatable, though it always ends up looking grey). That stuff is like putting water in the fuel tank of your Ferrari.
